📅 Сьогодні, 7 жовтня, у пункт пропуску «Шегині-Медика» із Польщі прибув Mercedes-Benz Sprinter під керуванням жителя Прикарпаття. Для проходження митного контролю водій обрав смугу «червоний коридор» і повідомив про переміщення вживаного одягу.
🔎 Але під час огляду його авто працівники митниці виявили у багажному відділенні 568 одиниць незадекларованих парфумів Chanel, Gucci, Armani, Prada, Carolina Herrera, Versace, Hermes, Dolce & Gabbana, Bvlgari, Givenchy, Narciso Rodriguez та інші.
📄 За цим фактом складено адмінпротокол за ч. 2 ст. 471 МКУ (недекларування товарів, що переміщуються через митний кордон України громадянами).

In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
