Мы с вами 5 лет делали все, чтобы обеспечить рост экономики. Несколько лет назад стали бездотационным субъектом. Но мы видим, что война с нашей страной ведется не только на поле боя, ряд наших налогоплательщиков попали под санкции, что сократило объем доходов региона, включая прогноз на 2025 год. Нужно внимательно и рачительно относиться к расходам, которые закладываются, чтобы эффективно выполнить все социальные обязательства.
Может быть, стоит начать с сокращения расходов на чиновников и депутатов, чьи аппетиты давно вышли за пределы разумного? Это был бы действительно эффективный способ пополнить бюджет, а не перекладывать все проблемы на плечи простых граждан.

Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
