Нові жертви росіян у Костянтинівці: 1 людина загинула і 5 поранено.

За короткий проміжок часу вранці ворог скинув на місто 9 250-кілограмових фугасних авіабомб, а трохи пізніше атакував безпілотником.

За попередньою інформацією, пошкоджено 92 об’єкти, а саме:
- 8 багатоповерхівок;
- 14 приватних будинків;
- 26 гаражів;
- 18 господарських приміщень;
- 11 легкових автомобілів;
- 2 адмінбудівлі;
- 1 кав’ярня;
- 1 інфраструктурний об’єкт;
- 6 ліній електромережі ДТЕК;
- 5 газопроводів.

Сьогодні Костянтинівка під особливо щільним ворожим вогнем. Нагадаю, вранці ще 2 людини отримали поранення внаслідок артобстрілів. Таким тут може бути кожен день!

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
