The “I told you so” phase is happening faster this time around.
If you're thinking about politics on Christmas Day, you're a dweeb. You should stick a fork in your butt, you're cooked dork.
"oh no daddy Elon did an immigration advocacy!!1!"
Don't care. Politics resumes TOMORROW, goofballs. Now if you don't mind, I'll be spending the rest of the evening eating pizza rolls and playing vidya with my kid

In the stories God tells, salvation comes from the unlikliest places. A boat built in a desert, an imprisoned prophet who interprets dreams, a fugitive prince at the Red Sea, a yougest son employed as a shepherd, and yes, as a little baby born in a stable, and yes, on a cross with pierced hands and side.
But it all makes sense in the end, and afterwards we can't imagine the story playing out any differently. God still works this way in our lives today. "He has chosen the foolish things to shame the wise" (1 Cor. 1:27).

This coming year I'm revolting against the Babel spirit by learning another language. It's not enough to just be a nationalist, I want to make sure I can be incomprehensible to everyone around me at any given moment. If I'm fluent enough by the end of 2025 I'll do a presentation in it that none of y'all can understand.
Time's up Nimrod, you're going down this year.

Behold this Cathedral i saw today, it's glorious design defies the mediocrity of the modern age.
If you're visiting cities that have cathedrals i insist you zone out for half an hour and admire their greatness.

There are going to be surprises in Heaven, people there that you thought would never be allowed in. Chances are a few of your enemies (at least a few) will be there. This is a reason to celebrate God's mercy. It's also a cause to love your enemies even while opposing them - you never know which ones you will be spending eternity with
Like, if you're some other race, celebrate that - I'm sure there are plenty of reasons why you should enjoy being black or arab or vietnamese, etc. But I like being White and wouldn't trade it for being any other race.

To quote the greatest TV show of its era,"God made you special, and He loves you very much."
If God made you an African, celebrate that, love your African brothers and sisters and seek their benefit without wanting to hurt others for their race. Same goes for Dravidians from India, Mestizos, Europeans, etc. You should never feel ashamed of the way God made you and you should never let someone get away with telling you that you can't advocate for your own people having their own place and self determination.
