«В каждой из наших семи областей могли бы быть такие горнолыжные курорты. Но у нас их практически нет. Почему? Потому что с момента обретения независимости от простых людей до президентов, мы занимались исключительно политикой. У нас каждый день были митинги, каждый день — тои. На экономику, туризм и другие важные сферы не обращали внимания.

Посмотрев на горнолыжную базу «Амирсой», я был поражён. Мой коллега Шавкат Мирзиёев с нуля построил эту базу высокого уровня. Нет слов. Молодец. Сколько людей обеспечены работой! Миллионы туристов приезжают сюда отдыхать. Уровень сервиса не уступает европейскому. Всё на высшем уровне», - написал президент.
