Красноярский гарнизонный военный суд огласил обвинительный приговор Александру Урманову. Военнослужащий с целью временно уклониться от прохождения военной службы, желая отдохнуть от исполнения служебных обязанностей, 3 мая 2023 года самовольно оставил расположение воинской части и убыл в Красноярский край. 22 августа 2023 года Урманов был задержан сотрудниками полиции. 25 марта 2024 года Урманов без уважительных причин не явился на службу в воинскую часть. 9 сентября Урманов прибыл в военный следственный отдел.
Суд назначил Урманову наказание в виде лишения свободы в колонии общего режима на срок 6 лет.

But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
