Считаю справедливым и уместным для волонтеров ввести статус "волонтер СВО", отличный от статуса реально воюющих. Этот статус мог бы не давать право на ветеранскую пенсию, но давать право на помощь семье в случае гибели волонтера на фронте. И почет и уважение, конечно же. Критерием получения могло бы быть определенное количество официальных благодарностей от воинских частей и определённое время, проведенное в зоне СВО. Так было бы справедливо.

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
