В редакцию Альфа News обратилась жительница Усть-Лабинска Марина Скибина, которая много лет пытается отстоять гараж, судя по всему, неугодный местной администрации. Женщина просит полномочного представителя президента России в ЮФО Владимира Устинова вмешаться в происходящий в кубанском городе беспредел.
Со слов Марины, глава Усть-Лабинского района Станислав Гайнюченко вместе с приставами обязуют собственника многоквартирного дома снести металлический гараж на земельном участке общедолевой собственности в центре Усть-Лабинска.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
