Роскосмос перевозит в НКЦ сотрудников со всей Москвы, высвобождая и вовлекая в коммерческий оборот интересные земельные участки (в основном в ЦАО).
Так вот - с последним очевидно начинаются проблемы.
Хотя по хорошей конъюнктуре рынка всё это это вполне рабочая схема (с КБ "Мотор" на Сергея Макеева 7, например, вроде всё складывается), а по не очень хорошей - всё не так гладко.
