The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. Some privacy experts say Telegram is not secure enough "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time.
