А что по факту? По данным первых обработанных протоколов, лидером является Бадра Гунба, количество голосов за него больше, чем за конкурента. Иногда Гунба опережает оппонентов в несколько раз. Его результаты соответствуют данным опросов на выходе с избирательного участка в Очамчырском районе.

Вывод: Оппозиционеры продолжают публиковать вбросы о якобы победе Адгура Ардзинба. Так, они еще несколько часов назад заявили со ссылкой на результаты опросов в селе Псху оппозиционер вырвался вперед. При этом они не уточнили, что в населенном пункте чуть больше 100 избирателей.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
