أنَّ الإنسان إنما يُمَيَّزُ على غيره من الحيوانات بفضيلة العلم والبيان، وإلا فغيره من الدواب والسباع أكثر أكلا منه، وأقوى بطشًا، وأكثر جماعًا وأولادًا ، وأطول عمرًا، وإنما ميز على الدواب والحيوانات بعلمه وبيانه، فإذا عَدِمَ العلم بقي معه القدر المشترك بينه وبين سائر الدواب، وهي الحيوانية المحضة، فلا يبقى فيه فضلا عليهم، بل قد يبقى شرا منهم.
كما قال تعالى في هذا الصنف من الناس : "إِنَّ شَرَّ الدَّوَابِ عِندَ اللَّهِ الصُّمُ البُكْمُ الذِّينَ لَا يَعْقِلُونْ"

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital.
