В результате ракетной атаки по Кривому Рогу (Днепропетровская область) пострадали 26 человек. Об этом сообщает председатель Днепропетровской областной государственной военной администрации Сергей Лысак.
Две женщины находятся в тяжёлом состоянии. У одной из них резаные раны головы, у второй – осколочные ранения живота. Ещё госпитализированы как минимум восемь пострадавших, в том числе один 17-летний юноша. Ударом с воздуха повреждены пять жилых домов, медучреждение, административное здание, промышленное предприятие, котельная, гаражи, два микроавтобуса и легковой автомобиль. Генеральная прокуратура начала досудебное расследование по факту нарушения законов и обычаев войны (часть 1 статья 438 Уголовного Кодекса Украины).
Ранее ВКС России нанесли ракетный удар по Днепру. Находившиеся в двух частных домах местные жители получили ранения: 57-летнему мужчине помощь была оказана на месте, а 42-летнюю женщину госпитализировали.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.”
