Пользователь покупает «Telegram Stars» за рубли → оплачивает платежи в телеграм-ботах → разработчик бота может вывести «Stars» в крипту TON.
Нововведение связано с ограничениями со стороны Apple и Google. Пока неизвестно, распространится ли оно на версии, скачанные извне.
