В закон «О рекламе» внесена статья 18/2 «Обязательные отчисления за распространение рекламы в информационно-телекоммуникационной сети ‘Интернет’», в соответствии с которой рекламораспространители и операторы рекламных систем обязаны платить сбор в размере 3% от дохода с интернет-рекламы ежеквартально.
Сбор нужно будет платить со второго квартала 2025 года — новые требования вступают в силу с 1 апреля.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
