Об этом сообщил ТАСС истец — бельгийский активист Фредерик Бальдан, который уверен, что она не может обладать таким иммунитетом, поскольку "вышла далеко за пределы своих полномочий".

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform.
