Всё юридическое сообщество (а если честно - то только его интеллектуальная верхушка) вчера сотрясалось от полемики вокруг Постановления Конституционного Суда по срокам исковой давности в антикоррупционных спорах.
По моему мнению, самой объективной является позиция, заключающаяся в том, что КС РФ выполнил политический заказ правящей элиты.
Но, в любом случае, изучать надо; не факт, коллеги, что очередное такое дело пройдёт мимо вас.
