В частности, из состава Высшего Совета досрочно выведен политолог, генеральный директор Агентства политических и экономических коммуникаций Дмитрий Орлов (был переизбран в Высший Совет ЕР в 2021 году сроком на 5 лет).
Ранее, 15 декабря 2023 года Орлов был выведен из состава Правления Российской ассоциации политических консультантов (РАПК).

The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
