سلام عليكم شيخنا ما رأيك في من يقول أن الألباني ليس له أن يصحح أو يضعف الحديث حتى لو كان محدثا لأن التصحيح والتضعيف يكون للحافظ لا المحدث وهذه رتبة أعلى وأنه لم يحفظ رواية واحدة بإسنادها إلى رسول الله وأنه لا يجوز قول صححه الألباني إلا إذا ألف كتابا جامعا للأحاديث ويسندها بإسناده إلى رسول الله بدون التعرض لأسانيد أصحاب السنن ويخالف تصحيحاتهم وتضعيفاتهم في كتبهم اعلم أن هذه أقوال باطلة لكن أحببت أن أسمع ردكم شيخنا العزيز

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
