Однако существуют тюрьмы, где плотность заселения составляет 153,6 %, а в 17 местах лишения свободы - 200%.
В рейтинге стран Европы с плохим содержанием зк Франция занимает 3е место, уступая Кипру и Румынии.
К 2027 г обещают построить 18 000 дополнительных мест заключения. Таким образом французские тюрьмы смогут вместить 78 000 зк. Что уже сейчас будет, как мы видим, недостаточно.
