Остановить отток населения Минвостокразвития еще в мае дали президент Владимир Путин, а затем - премьер Михаил Мишустин. Закрепить население хотят за счет строительства социальной инфраструктуры.
Впрочем, этого вряд ли будет достаточно. Мигранты покидают 3 арктических регионах, судя по официальным данным Росстата, - Коми, Архангельскую и Мурманскую область. Эти регионы находятся на завершающем этапе цикла освоения природных ресурсов.
Скажем, в Инте закрыты все угледобывающие шахты, а в Воркуте скоро закроются последние. Кроме того, тут еще и абсолютно неблагоприятные климатические условия: пришлое население может жить в Норильске или Воркуте не более 1-2 лет.
