В свою очередь он поблагодарил за всестороннюю заботу и поддержку мэра г.Владикавказа Вячеслава Мильдзихова, и передал ему именной шеврон и флаг с позывным "Владикавказ". В ближайшее время они будут вручены адресату.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets.
