Я проработал в Комитете Гражданских Инициатив вместе с А.Л.Кудриным в 2012-2018, и могу за всё эти годы сказать только хорошее: Алексей Леонидович сочетает веру в принципы свободы и справедливости с умением находить баланс между возможным и невозможным, всегда внимательно слушает и анализирует всё что ему говорят окружающие, поддерживает и защищает всех, кто с ним работает, насколько это возможно. Это уникальное не только по нынешним, а по любым временам сочетание человеческих свойств. Могу только предполагать как ему всегда было непросто и какая сила воли стоит за его выдержкой и терпением. Тем, кто будет работать с ним дальше, очень повезёт

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai.
