Пикетчику также назначили 20 тысяч рублей штрафа по статье об участии в несогласованной публичной акции. В суде его представляла адвокат от ОВД-Инфо Мария Вараева.
Накануне Хемраев провел одиночный пикет с плакатом в поддержку политзаключенных (в частности — Алексея Горинова). После задержания он провел ночь в ОП «Китай-город».

Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
