На заседании в суде во Владимире оппозиционному депутату назначили 3 года колонии по обвинению в публичных призывах к терроризму.
По совокупности с предыдущим приговором ему назначено пять лет колонии, но — уже строгого режима.
Мы пока не видели приговора, и исходя из информации из зала суда, можем разъяснить следующее: Фактически Алексей должен был освободиться 11.01.2029 года, сейчас срок по совокупности двух приговоров будет исчисляться пять лет с сегодняшнего дня, в случае вступления сегодняшнего приговора в законную силу. Таким образом получается, что Алексей должен будет выйти на свободу 29.11.2029 года. Но мы все надеемся, что это произойдет значительно раньше!
