Подавляющая часть пользователей ТГ, судя по откликам на мой предыдущий пост, введение такой ответственности поддерживает.
При этом надо подчеркнуть, что речь должна идти, прежде всего, о моральном и воспитательном аспекте дела и, только в крайнем случае, об административной ответственности. Однако и общество, и государство должны выразить свое отношение к этому далеко не безобидному явлению.
