Поздравляю семью Левкиных с пополнением. Желаю, чтобы мальчик рос здоровым и счастливым. При выписке из роддома родители получат подарок от Правительства области. В набор входят пелёнки, подгузники, детская одежда и другие вещи, которые будут полезны семье с новорожденным малышом.

С 1 января подарок будет вручаться каждой смоленской семье, у которой появится ребенок.
