مسألة: لو كان خاطب المرأة عالمًا أنها لا تتزوجه، وأن وليَّها لا يجيبه، لم يجز له النظر وان كان قد خطب: لأنه إنما أبيح النظر ليكون سببًا للنكاح، فإذا كان على يقين من امتناعه (فيبقى) (1) النظر على أصله من المنع.
"Если сватающийся к женщине точно знает, что она не выйдет за него замуж, и что ее опекун не даст ему согласия - не разрешено ему смотреть на нее, даже если он уже посватался.
Потому что просмотр разрешен лишь как средство к браку, а если он точно знает что брак не получится - то взор остается на свой основе - запретности"
