Погосян юрист с большим стажем, в прошлом году задекларировал 1 квартиру в общине Ванадзор Лорийской области, в этой же общине он купил гараж в 2021 году. У заместителя прокурора также есть квартира в Ереване, которая была оформлена в залог, а остаток основной суммы ипотеки по состоянию на 31 декабря 2023 года составлял 33 миллиона 905 тысяч драмов. В прошлом, 2023 году Артур Погосян купил автомобиль Honda стоимостью 7 миллионов 800 тысяч драмов. Остатки на банковских счетах Погосяна составили 1 миллион 700 тысяч драмов, а денежные средства - 4 миллиона драмов, 5 тысяч долларов.

For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed.
