Знаменитый парижский маршан Жерар Леви открыл свою галерею в 1966-м, а ее дизайн заказал Ле Корбюзье. Со временем он стал одним из главных экспертов по азиатскому искусству и винтажной фотографии, огромную группу которой продал в том числе в Музей Гетти.
Сам же Леви коллекционировал то, что в те годы не было популярным и стоило почти гроши – произведения символистов и художников ар-нуво. В его собрании – Альфонс Муха, Карлос Швабе, Люсьен Леви-Дюрмэ, Эдгар Максанс и многие другие.
Галерея работает и сегодня, после смерти дилера в 2016-м, и управляется его дочерью. Сегодня она решилась расстаться и с частью семейной коллекции – ее выставят на аукционе Artcurial 11 февраля 2025 года.

Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth."
