Бывший завод Toyota в Санкт-Петербурге передан Aurus, производство запустят до конца 2024 года. Об этом заявил глава Минпромторга Денис Мантуров, пишет РБК.
Мантуров уточнил, что автопроизводитель получил бывший завод японской корпорации уже давно. С началом войны России против Украины Toyota решила приостановить производство автомобилей на заводе в Санкт-Петербурге, в марте 2023 года российские активы японской корпорации продали ФГУП «НАМИ». Сделка исключала опцион на обратный выкуп производственных площадок.
Aurus — основной акционер ФГУП «НАМИ» (63,5%), еще 36 и 0,5% акций принадлежат фонду Tawazun из ОАЭ и «Соллерс» соответственно.

The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
