Согласно данным министерства, по состоянию на начало октября в России находится более 6,5 млн иностранных граждан.
За период с 2015 по 2023 год доля незаконно находящихся в России мигрантов снизилась в четыре раза. За это время количество преступлений, к которым причастны иностранцы, уменьшилось на 20%.
