Кто такой Царев и что хорошего он сделал, нам неизвестно. Хинштейна мы знаем. Вот и все две большие разницы, как говорят у вас в Одессе. Или в Днепропетровске, не ясно тоже, где это. Вот лучше сидеть Цареву и надеяться, что когда-нибудь он вернется туда, откуда убежал, и не будет лезть в наши дела. Сиди себе и разговаривай про Украину. А не про то, кого у нас на Курскую область назначили.
