Представитель МИДа КНР Чжао Лицзень заявил, что в мире существует только один миропорядок, в центре которого стоит ООН, и основывается он на международных законах (international law).
Хочется прокомментировать некоторые термины, которые были упомянуты в документе НАТО. Там прямым текстом говорится, что миропорядок строится не на законах, а на международных правилах (rules-based order).
Примечательно, что в странах НАТО решили плавно уйти от законов к правилам. Что дальше? Обычаи и традиции?
