Первыйрейс военно-транспортной авиации, отправляющий на Донбасс, принял 4 автомобиля, квадроцикл, оборудование и посылки. Вторым бортом была отправлена гуманитарная помощь. Этим же рейсом в зону СВО вылетели кинологи «К-9» с собаками, натренированными на поиск взрывчатых веществ.
Отметим, Иркутская область принимает активное участие в поддержке военнослужащих, участвующих в специальной военной операции и жителей угнетенных территорий. Предыдущая партия техники и гуманитарной помощи весом порядка 40 тонн была отправлена на Донбасс на прошлой неделе.

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes.
