— осложнялось всё тем, что возрастной допуск на территорию 15+ из-за опасных лестниц, открытых спусков и бассейна, поэтому приходилось держать детей на расстоянии вытянутой руки
Уехали где-то около 21:00 без сил
▪️ели на бегу, либо по очереди, зато не было чувства переполнения, как обычно это бывает на подобных мероприятиях ▪️все активности с годовасом на руках, иначе его потом не найти ▪️я пробежала бесчисленное число ступенек вверх-вниз на каблуках с 10 кг грузом на руках
Хотелось бы повторить такой опыт? Скорее нет, чем да🤣

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
