Около 100 астраханцев уже прошли обучение в центре изучения основ военной науки и боевой подготовки. 16 выпускников готовятся к отъезду в зону СВО, среди них четыре женщины. В новом центре тренируются и действующие сотрудники спецподразделений, что говорит о высоком уровне подготовки.
Так, отмечается, что для мобилизованных уже существуют пункты боевой подготовки Минобороны РФ, где они обучаются согласно своим военно-учетным специальностям, но для контрактников подобных пунктов еще не было.

In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation."
