Которые сидят дома. С мамочками. При этом здания детсадов отапливаются, содержатся, воспитатели за неполные группы получают полные зарплаты. Так может ввести в городе штраф плату за непосещение ребенком детсада? Будет справедливо - там, где нет мест в садах родителям платит город, а там, где родители не водят детей в сад, пусть они платят городу за содержание детсада. Не?

Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
