Вероятно, Репик вышел из компании с целью минимизировать возможные санкционные риски, как это сделал депутат Госдумы Евгений Нифантьев, когда продал 99,9% "Нео-фарм" закрытому паевому инвестиционному фонду.
Новыми владельцами "Р-Фарм Интернешнл" очевидно стали доверенные лица Репика, поэтому у последнего остаётся шанс выкупить бизнес обратно в ближайшие годы.
