Как известно, настоящий договорнячок производят только во Франции в одноимённой провинции. Всё остальное — игристое перемирие.
Уже говорил, что я настроен к перспективам прочного мира скептически. Не могу в это поверить, хотя после вчерашних новостей оптимизма прибавилось. Но нам нужен именно мир: крепкий и долгосрочный, а не заморозка или временное перемирие. Иначе все пограничные регионы превратятся в Нагорный Карабах.
Тем не менее ещё раз объясню, почему у меня в такое веры мало: банально нет предпосылок ни у той, ни у другой, ни у какой угодно на самом деле стороны для того, чтобы такой долгосрочный и всем понятный мир заключить.

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
