Он перепрыгнул через ограждение, чтобы пройти без оплаты. Но к нему бросился сотрудник службы безопасности. Тогда воронежец распылил перцовку ему в лицо.
Пострадавший сотрудник обратился за медпомощью.
Возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного частью 2 статьи 213 УК РФ.
Воронежцу грозит до 7 лет тюрьмы. Сейчас он под подпиской о невыезде.
