На кадрах видно, как к мусорным бакам подъехала машина, и кто-то поджёг некий предмет и бросил его в контейнер. После чего раздался взрыв, который был слышен на весь микрорайон. Сработала сигнализация в машинах.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
