За ці роки кожен із нас став сильнішим, витривалішим, згуртованішим. Ми навчилися жити під сиренами, працювати без світла, допомагати одне одному навіть у найтемніші часи. Ми бачили біль і втрати, але бачили й силу – у волонтерах, у військових, у людях, які попри все будують, творять і мріють про майбутнє.
Цей день – не про страх. Це день пам’яті, вдячності й віри. Пам’яті про тих, кого вже немає. Вдячності тим, хто бореться й працює заради перемоги.

NEWS At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips.
