Где знал — посоветовал, где нет — честно об этом рассказал. Понимаю, что не только помогаю людям, но и учусь у них — это очень ценный опыт, который могли накопить только они.
На месте же поделился идеей — о том, чтобы после избрания предложить такую поправку в закон, чтобы протоколы общих собраний собственников (ОСС) автоматически признавались недействительными, если инициатор не предоставил бюллетени голосовавших. А также другие варианты улучшений в сфере ЖКХ.
