Госпошлина за развод с 1 января вырастет почти в восемь раз.
С 1 января 2025 года размер государственной пошлины за расторжение брака увеличится с 650 рублей до 5 тысяч рублей, сообщил руководитель Центра правопорядка Москвы и Московской области Александр Хаминский, его слова приводит РИА Новости.
При этом Хаминский считает, что повышение госпошлин за расторжение брака не помешает парам развестись, так как супруги не посчитают это значимым препятствием для развода.
