В честь празднования Великой Победы предусмотрены различные награды для тех, кого коснулась трагедия Великой Отечественной Войны. Планируется выплатить почти 52 миллиона рублей:
• по 50 тысяч рублей одному инвалиду Великой Отечественной Войны и трём участникам (итого 200 тысяч рублей);
• по 10 тысяч рублей - 7 жителям блокадного Ленинграда и 34 несовершеннолетним узникам концлагерей (итого 410 тысяч рублей);
• по 6500 тысяч рублей - 7886 Детям Войны (итого 51,2 миллиона рублей).
Кроме указанных региональных выплат, также будут и федеральные доплаты.

Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries. And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30. Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation.
