Для организации взрыва преступники сняли две соседние квартиры в многоэтажке на улице Перерва. Там изготавливали взрывчатку и готовились к теракту. Газовые баллоны они положили в купленную "двенашку" и успели отвезти к отделу полиции.
Сегодня к ним пришли сотрудники. Задержали, предварительно, восемь человек. Ещё двоих уничтожили.
