В стаканчик наливаем 1 часть воды и 2 части растительного масла. Капаем жидкий краситель (можно краски, сок) и добавляем шипучие таблетки (у нас был витамин С, можно аспирин). Наблюдаем эффект лавовой лампы!
Опыт объясняется гидрофобностью масла – его способностью отталкивать воду. Шипучая таблетка, растворяясь в воде, выделяет углекислый газ, который поднимает вверх капли с красителем. Когда газ покидает стакан, капли спускаются вниз, поскольку плотность воды больше плотности масла.
Занятие развивает наблюдательность, творческое мышление, координацию и познавательный интерес 💡
