Местные жители сравнивают судьбу корабля с сухогрузом «Рио», который сел на мель в декабре 2018 года у берегов села Кабардинка. Отбуксировать судно так и не смогли, в итоге оно стало одной из достопримечательностей Геленджика, куда стали водить экскурсии.
