Під час зйомок військові підписали власні картузи та попросили передати їх Кілліану Мерфі, який зіграв головного героя Томаса Шелбі в серіалі. Актор отримав подарунок, залишив собі один картуз, а інший підписав і повернув військовим.
"Але історія на цьому не завершилась. З харківськими "Гострими картузами" через деякий час зв’язався сценарист серіалу Стівен Найт. Він подарував військовим три десятки картузів Garrison Tailors - офіційного дизайнера костюмів серіалу", - пише НГУ.
